Refund policy

Returns are accepted on AeroPress branded items received within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted of unopened items, and of items that are opened but unused. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. Ship your return to AeroPress, Inc., 1121 San Antonio Road, Suite B100, Palo Alto, California 94303, USA. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to ship via a service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Any product that is used or damaged and returned will not be refunded.

** Returns for third-party products (products that are not AeroPress branded) purchased on our Companion products page are handled by the Companion products vendor as per their shipping and return policy.

Moved Recently?
Please make sure you double check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is placed we can not cancel or change the address. While we wish we could avoid, returned orders will need to be charged for shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
When placing an order we ask that you carefully provide accurate and complete shipping information so the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Undeliverable or refused packages will be subject to return shipping costs. If an order is returned as refused or undeliverable, you will be charged for the shipping fee if a refund is requested.
